I read, understood and consent that (i) further information related to PepsiCo’s processing of personal data including but not limited to processing methods, processing duration, unwanted consequences, and data subject rights can be referred to in PepsiCo’s Privacy Policy, (ii) PepsiCo’s Privacy Policy is an integral part of this form, and (iii) my consent to this Form constitute my agreement that I have been fully notified with the contents of PepsiCo’s Privacy Policy.

PepsiCo is permitted to collect, store, use, transfer, and share my personal data for the following purposes and to keep my personal data for the purposes for a maximum period of 5 (five) years from the date PepsiCo receives the data:

3. analyse, support, maintain and improve my experience about PepsiCo branded products and services and conduct market research and targeted advertising through use of automated data processing technologies on dedicated platforms of PepsiCo and/or PepsiCo’s partner which includes market segmentation and profiling based on my personal information including by converting email addresses/phone numbers into identifiers used for advertising purposes.
