Full Terms and Conditions
The promotion of 2025 Win Rewards in Every Pack (“Promo”) is organized by Pepsi-Cola Far East Trade Dev. Co., Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine law, with principal office at 33/F Zuellig Building, Makati Avenue Corner Paseo de Roxas, Brgy. Urdaneta, Makati City, Philippines 1225, referred to herein as the (“Organizer”). The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W) 1 Harbour Front Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632, referred to herein as the (“Administrator”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Helpline set out in Section E. By participating in this Promo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.
Please note that while the Organizer encourages consumers to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promo. The Organizer believes in responsible consumption of their products. The Organizer discourages purchasing more product than what consumers can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this promotion.
A. ELIGIBILTY
An Entrant must meet all the following conditions of entry (“Entrant”):
1. This Promotion is open to Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above at the time of entry, who remain Philippine residents for the duration of the promotional period.
2. Any employee of the Organizer and Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.
B. DURATION
1. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period begins on 12.01am (Philippine time) on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on July 31, 2025. (“Promotion Period”). Promotion Period is defined as the period when the Entrant can make qualifying purchases of the participating SKUs from participating merchants.
2. Redemption Period: The Redemption Period begins on 12.01am (Philippine time) on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on August 31, 2025. (“Redemption Period”). Redemption Period is defined as the period when the Entrant can submit their Unique Code and Proofs of Purchase to collect their rewards voucher, when purchased within promotional period.
C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. During the Promotional Period, visit any participating outlet (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores) in the Philippines and purchase any of the specially marked Frito Lay promotional snacks. (“Qualifying Purchase”).

3. The organizer reserves the right to include new promotional packs as part of the participating SKUs at any point of the campaign.
4. Upon making a Qualifying Purchase, during the Redemption Period, Entrants should retrieve the promotional website address and Unique Participation Code found on the promotional product’s sticker.
5. Entrants should visit the Promotional Website by scanning the QR code or entering the address on their browser https://www.winwithfritolay.com (“Promotional Website”), where they will need to fill in the Participation Form (“Participation Form”) by entering the following information:

6. Upon participation form submission, Entrants will immediately receive a confirmation of their entry submission via email (“Participation Confirmation Email”).
7. Entries will be validated and verified by the Administrator within 2 business days. Upon verification, Entrants will receive a confirmation email with steps on how to select and claim their rewards.
8. Entrants may take part in the promotion more than once if Entrant have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Frito Lay snack in a single receipt. If participant have purchased multiple Frito Lay snacks in one (1) single receipt, are required to submit each unique participation code and receipt separately.

D. HOW TO CLAIM INSTANT WIN REWARDS
1. Upon successful validation of Entrant’s entry and receipt, Entrant will receive an email from contact@winwithfritolay.com confirming their successful entry to the promotion. The email states the unique claim link and instructions on how to claim their reward (“Successful Entry Email”).
2. To choose a reward, Entrants must click on the unique claim link found on the Successful Entry Email which will lead them to the rewards listing page on the Promotional Website.
3. The rewards available for Entrants to choose from will depend on their Qualifying Purchase:

i. Will win one (1) instant win reward with a value of P350.00 to P500.00 Reward Voucher from the TLC Activities, Entertainment, Dining, Retail, and Learning Vouchers or P500 Travel Credits.
4. Entrants can view the available rewards and select their preferred reward. Upon selecting reward, Entrants will receive an email containing the reward details and reward voucher (“Claim Confirmation Email”).
5. Claims will be deemed to be received only when acknowledged by the Administrator. The Organizer and Administrator are not liable for any problems with communication networks including but not limited to email blockage, incoming call rejections. If an Entrant enters using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, they may be disqualified.
6. Completed details submitted from 00.00 a.m. to 11.59 p.m. of the same day shall be counted as Day 1.
7. All instant win rewards are tax-free, non-transferrable, exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash. The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/digital materials etc. are only representative.
8. Each of the instant win rewards will be bound by the Promotional Partner’s terms and conditions.
E. OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entrants will be required to keep the physical receipt as Proof of Purchase, or a photo of the physical receipt as Proof of Purchase wherein the case of an issue, Administrator will require it for verification purposes.
2. Participating Products may not always be available for sale in all participating outlets during the Promotion Period. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any participating products being unavailable at the participating outlets during the Promotion Period.
3. Rewards are subject to availability and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter or Administrator reserves the right to substitute the reward for a reward of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
4. Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The reward values are correct as of the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Organizer and Administrator is not responsible for any change in reward value.
5. In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer and Administrator reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
6. The Administrator is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Entrant winning a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.
7. The Promotional Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”), including websites of Promotional Partners (“Promotional Partner Websites”). The Promoter is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites, whether or not the Administrator are affiliated with the Linked Sites. The Administrator does not in any way endorse any Linked Sites and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of any products or services offered, accessed or advertised by such Linked Sites. To the extent that these Linked Sites collect personal information or postings from Entrants, the Administrator shall bear no responsibility or liability for the manner in which such information or postings are used or exploited. The Linked Sites are for Entrants’ convenience only, and Entrants agree to access them at their own risk.
8. The Promoter is not liable for entries, reward claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
9. Any additional or ancillary costs associated with redeeming a reward are not included. Those costs are the responsibility of the Entrant who redeems the reward. Costs associated with redeeming the reward may include, but are not limited to, the Entrant’s transport to and from a participating merchant. Accessing any Promotional Partner Website and downloading, using or installing any Application is the Entrant’s responsibility and at the Entrant’s risk and steps required may vary depending on the internet service or telecommunications provider used.
10. No compensation will be payable to any person if a winner is unable to submit a reward claim in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.
11. HELPLINE: For enquiries, consumers may call the promotional helpline on 1800 1550 0083 between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm or email contact@winwithfritolay.com during the Promotional Period, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
12. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
F. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
1. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
2. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Organizer does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Promotional Website.
3. Organizer together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any reward awarded will be withdrawn.
5. The Organizer will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
6. The Organizer may refuse to allocate a reward in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Reward has been awarded.
8. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
9. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
10. By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees:
a. to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Organizer which shall be binding and final;
b. to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions
c. to waive all his or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promo; and
d. That all personal details submitted by each user must be accurate, complete and are subject to provision of proof upon request of the Organizer. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in a submission will result in disqualification of the user
e. That the Organizer has the sole discretion to disqualify any photograph or screenshot which may be obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, threatening, harassing, libelous, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive or inappropriate in any manner whatsoever
f. That the Organizer reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Promotion and/or the reward for the Promotion and/or the duration/timing of the Promo, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
g. To grant the Organizer irrevocable consent in perpetuity to the use his/her and/or person’s involved name, photographs, video submitted and/or taken during the reward distribution in connection with the Promo, in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles and commercial exploitation, in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers and magazines at any time without the Entrant’s further knowledge or consent
h. Organizer shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding the quality of the prize. The manufacturer shall continue to be liable for the prizes, wherever applicable.
i. To forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with:
j. the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights;
k. typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Promotional materials;
l. acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the use of a reward (or any component thereof);
m. any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond the Released Parties control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi- governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Terms & Conditions Rules;
n. any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the Promotion;
o. human error;
p. incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of any entry (including, without limitation, the registration information or any parts thereof);
q. any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Page or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an Participant;
r. interruption or inability to access the Promotion, the Page or any other Promo-related websites or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems;
s. any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the Promotion and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion;
t. any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions;
u. any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable, or damaged entries;
v. any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties;
w. lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof);
x. the negligence or wilful misconduct by Participant; and/or
y. violation on any rule, regulation, law regarding Covid-19 prevention and safety.
11. Warranty: Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promotion, including the Page and/or all reward component(s), are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promo, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants agree that the statute of limitations for asserting any claims shall be a period of one (1) year from the time the cause of action accrued, or the cause of action shall be forever barred.
13. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during the Promotion will be collected by the Organizer or its designee and used by Organizer’s, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfilment of Promotion as described in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the campaign.
14. WINNER WAIVER OF CLAIMS: By accepting a Promotion Prize, a winner agrees to voluntarily waive, release and relinquish any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, remedies, demands, debts, obligations, causes of action and/or claims for relief (collectively “Claims”) that a winner may have against the Released Parties and agrees to discharge, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all Claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion and/or a Promotion Prizes, including but not limited to Claims for bodily injury, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death and/or dismemberment (collectively “Damages”) occurring to a winner or others. In addition, by accepting a Prize, a winner agrees to be responsible to research the details about a reward including any inherent dangers associated with a reward and as a result agrees to accept personal responsibility for any such dangers and any resulting Damages.
CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, THE PAGE, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
