How do I take part in the promotion?
You will have to visit any participating outlet (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores) in the Philippines and purchase any of the specially marked Frito Lay promotional packs. Participating Products said below.

After making the purchase, you will need to locate the QR code on the pack and peel the two-layer sticker to reveal the unique participation code. Simply scan the QR code and visit https://winwithfritolay.com, fill in your personal details, unique participation code and upload receipt.

Entries and receipts will be verified within 2 business days. Upon verification, you will receive a confirmation email with the rewards page link and steps on how to claim your reward.

Where can I purchase the qualifying product(s) in order to participate in this promotion?
During the Promotion Period, visit any participating outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores).
Who can qualify in this promotion?
This promotion is open to Philippine residents at the time of entry, aged 18 years old and above.
Who cannot qualify in this promotion?
Any employees of the Organizer and the Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promo), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.
When does the Promotion start and end?

When does the Promotion start and end?
The promotion period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) May 20, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on October 20, 2024.

*Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant can purchase the promoted qualifying Frito Lay packs in the stores.

When does the Redemption period start and end?
The redemption period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) May 20, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on October 20, 2024.

*Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying Frito Lay packs within the promotional period, enters their code and uploads receipt to collect and select their rewards voucher. 

May I participate in this promotion more than once?
Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying specially marked Frito Lay promotional product. Only one (1) unique purchase or one (1) unique participation code is valid for one (1) entry. 
Will my receipt be validated?
Yes, once you have successfully uploaded your receipt on the respective claim form, our customer service team will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email from us, you may reach out to our customer service team.
How will I know if my entry was successful or unsuccessful?
Upon submission of your entry, our customer service team will validate your receipt within 2 business days, you will then receive an email confirming your entry.

 

If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards URL to visit and claim your reward. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?
If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below applies.

•            Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear

•            Date of purchase - must be between 12.01am 20/05/2024 to 11.59pm 20/10/2024

•            Products - must be participating Frito Lay products 

How will I know if I am a Grand Prize Winner?
Grand Prize winners who enter the predetermined Unique Participation Codes will be awarded the Grand Prize which is a 7-night, 8-day staycation package via Resort Vacation Certificates worth up to P100,000.

Grand Prize winners are responsible for other miscellaneous fees, as the prize excludes any flights and transportation.

How will I receive my Reward or Grand Prize?
Mid-Size Bags/ Stax and Big-Size Bags

You will receive your reward e-Voucher with redemption details via Email. Depending on the reward you select, some rewards can be claimed physically in merchant’s stores, while some have online redemption vouchers.

 

Grand Prize

Our customer service team will contact you separately on your Grand Prize through Phone call and Email.

Do I need to retain my unique participation code and physical receipt?
It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your physical receipt as proof of purchase and the unique participation code that is located on the specially marked Frito Lay promotional pack, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.
Can I exchange my reward?
No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale. 
What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
If you have misplaced your reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s), kindly contact our promotional helpline at contact@winwithfritolay.com or give us a call at 1800 1550 0083 between 9:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays).

What happens if my contact details have changed during the promotion?
